First day of RMIT, i find out i get to meet Beci Orpin in a month for a lecture she's giving

she knows Laurence greenwood (AKA) Whitley!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I'll make her a present to say thanks for being such an inspiration to me for the last 3 years.

oh wow... is that her who did that poster? when i was in melb last year i picked up some free pack thing and it had that in it! it's currently adorning my bedroom door

don't panic! is a free pack of stuff you get in the city or after gigs, people hand them out and they contain all kinda of things, postcards from bands, or stickers, Chinese take away menus, karate lesson discounts, university flyers, and every one had a poster in it, they're usually crappy but once they did a beci orpin one, but i missed out :( didn't get one in time, they come out every now and then. there's a website and a mailing list.
